David Stemm
President & Chief Executive Officer
David Stemm's journey into the staffing industry began unexpectedly in 1996, when he joined a small regional firm to lead their Risk Management department. However, his natural leadership and business insight quickly propelled him into Operations Management. In that role, David helped grow the company from just four locations to more than 60 throughout the Midwest and Northeast United States.

In 2016, David took a bold leap and founded Principle Personnel Group in Stuart, Florida, with the support of his wife, Hiba. His initial focus was on Allied Medical, Allied Dental, and Administrative staffing, helping professionals find meaningful work while meeting the needs of healthcare providers and businesses.
​
Three years later, an opportunity arose to help a colleague launch her own staffing business. From that moment on, PPG evolved into a collaborative platform where entrepreneurs could build their own staffing firms under one united brand.
​
David’s greatest passion is mentorship—giving others the tools and guidance they need to succeed as business owners. His leadership style is grounded in transparency, empowerment, and the belief that when we help others grow, we all grow together.

Gina Gonzalez
Owner, NE San Antonio
With over 20 years of staffing experience in the San Antonio area, Gina Gonzalez brings a level of expertise and tenacity that’s hard to match. She owns and operates PPG’s NE San Antonio location while also managing key corporate operations and national accounts for the entire company.

Gina specializes in light industrial staffing, placing both temporary and temp-to-hire workers in warehouses, distribution centers, millwork facilities, and rail yard operations. Her reach extends far beyond her local market—she also staffs skilled welders, general laborers, and warehouse personnel at distribution hubs across the country.
​
What truly sets Gina apart is her dedication to client success. She understands the pressures businesses face when it comes to labor and production. That’s why she prides herself on being responsive, reliable, and relentless in her pursuit of the perfect hire. Her client relationships often span 15+ years, a testament to her unwavering service.

Thomas Gomez
Director/Partner, San Antonio
With more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership, staffing, and workforce solutions, Tom is a proven business development leader recognized for driving growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles across diverse industries, blending expertise in sales operations, recruitment strategies, and customer connectivity solutions.

Currently serving as a Director / Partner with Principle Personnel Group, Tom manages a client portfolio within the Greater San Antonio and South Texas Region. Previously, as Market Manager at Manpower Group, he successfully led multi-location operations in South Texas, consistently surpassing revenue goals and strengthening market presence through strategic client partnerships and team development.

Earlier in his career, Tom held senior leadership positions, including Regional Vice President at Hire Quest LLC, where he oversaw a $35M regional operation across nine locations, directing sales, compliance, and recruiting efforts for thousands of associates. As Managing Partner of Principle Personnel Group, he drove full-cycle recruitment and business development, fostering long-term client relationships and scaling service delivery.

A graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management, Tom is highly skilled in CRM systems, sales technologies, and customer engagement platforms. He is passionate about coaching teams, refining go-to-market strategies, and aligning business operations with growth objectives.
